Video Game Review: Shogun's Empire: Hex Commander

This is my first review so cut me some slack.

As a person who loves World War II history and ancient history of East Asia this game was meant for me lol.

Shogun's Empire: Hex Commander is a game based on turn-based strategy with multi-layered gameplay mechanics.

Game takes place in medieval ancient Japan and your job as a ruler of a clan of your choice (there are 15 clans in total to pick from) to reunite the country of Japan. As a ruler it is your job to build an army, strengthen up the economy and conduct diplomacy with other clans.

It is single player game (for those who prefer go up against the computer) you can recruit units and Generals and those Generals will lead those armies and some of units you can recruit are Ashigaru, well-trained samurais, elite ninjas, melee soldiers equipped with yari, various sword wielding units, ranged troops such as bowmen, riflemen and mortar men, cavalry units and cannons.

It is available on Microsoft store and Steam but on Steam it costs $9.99 you can download it for free on Microsoft Store. Other than that it is fun game in my opinion and I give it a five star rating.
